Last year, I visited this hospital’s emergency department for mental health concerns. I was placed in a room without any personal belongings and remained there for approximately 12 hours with very limited communication. I was informed by a nurse that a crisis evaluation would take place around 5:00 p.m., but the provider did not arrive until closer to 7:00 p.m. During this time, the nurse’s demeanor felt unprofessional and dismissive. Longest wait times for ANYTHING. Nurses are rude when you ask questions. They put you in a room and ignore you for hours...

If I could give it a zero I would first and last time I will bring my mother to this hospital got here at 2:30 got called to the back at 5:20pm and yea still waiting for a doctor or even a nurse to show up n check on my mother. Worse mistake ever next time I will go to cooper
