If it wasn't for the fact that after hours & hours of waiting (with no other patients in the waiting room) we were finally seen, I would given this place ZERO stars! This isn't an Emergency Room - It's a joke! I've been seen a lot quicker at the inspira in Vineland & that's saying a lot! Don't waste your time people! Instead, take the extra 20 minute drive into Vineland & visit THAT Emergency Room! You'll at least have a nurse check your vitals & give you an eta while you wait. I have, unfortunately, visited this ER more than I’d like in the past couple months, but every time they are kind to me. The wait is never excessive. I feel like they try to get me feeling better and am satisfied with the level of care. Hope I don’t have to go back, but glad to have them close to home!
