I am beyond disgusted with the "service" provided by this office. I have now had two separate appointments where the therapist simply failed to show up. When you are reaching out for mental health support, you are often at your most vulnerable, and to be blown off twice is not just a "scheduling error"—it is gross negligence and a total lack of respect for a patient's well-being. I’ve had other prescribers before that I thought were doing fine but it’s a night and day difference from this practice. I was nervous because I discovered it from an online search but I’ve had such an amazing experience working with Dr Eugenio! He actually listens to what I’m experiencing and takes the time to explain to me why certain medications will and won’t work.
