I have enjoyed one year here at Inspira of Arrowhead! No complaints , just accolades! I really enjoy the exercise classes which I feel are so important for my balance! Fun events always offered! Grandkids and great grandchildren can come and play ping pong, shuffleboard or pool and not confined to my apartment! By the way my apartment is awesome with full kitchen and laundry!
At first glance, this facility appears luxurious and well-maintained, but don't be fooled. Behind the pretty lobby and staged decor is a place that is dangerously understaffed and poorly managed. Caregivers are spread way too thin to provide even basic care, and it shows—residents are often left waiting for help with meals, hygiene, or medication.
