I have been seeing Mitra for massages for almost a year now and she is just amazing in finding the right areas to relieve my sciatic, tight hips and abductors and overall muscle tightness. She always manages to find the tight areas and applies the right amount of pressure to relieve the tightness. I always feel great afterwards and I just want to say thank you so much Mitra for taking such good care of me. You ROCK!
Unfortunately had a bad experience this past Tuesday. I booked because I had pain in my upper back, and wanted the same massage i always get covered under my benefits. I show up to be told its $70 as the therapy I booked was not covered. There is no detail on the site stating this. To top is off, I didn't recieve a massage, but a "body work" which has caused me more pain then recovery. I cannot turn my neck now. Thank you. Will not be returning Unfortunately... buyer beware, call and ask questions about coverage.
InSpine Therapy is a wonderful clinic Staff are awesome - so polite and helpful Gazelle is a great physiotherapist - would highly recommend Brandon is awesome - a kind gentle person - has helped me so much with his use of different techniques I could breath after the first time I saw him Has helped with exercise and made me rethink how I do things I know I am being helped and feel so much better Thank you so much!!
