I have been enjoying the Pilate classes in Inspine. Liz Kim, my instructor has been patient and encouraging. There were some challenging movements which i thought was too hard for lady in her 60s with mild knee arthritis. I managed to complete the tasks with her guidance. Thanks to Liz, i feel stronger and more confident now.
My friend highly recommended LiYing at Inspine Therapy so i finally saw her today. She went beyond my expectations at assessing and addressing my chief concerns and did initial treatment today. I booked another appointment with her next week. Excited to go back. Thank you so much.
