I am so blown away by how pleasant my experience has been so far - right from booking my appointment, the initial telephone comsult, followed by the in-person session for my machine. Liz was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and explained everything so well that setting up the machine at home was a breeze. Joanne at the reception was really nice and helpful as well!
