I was treated very well by the staff. My hour with the Senior CPAP Specialist was very informative. At times I felt overwhelmed by the amount of information but I asked questions and left feeling prepared to setup and use the equipment at home.
The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. They commit to a long time of follow up and are very respectful of my preferences.
