I was tested at the Napanee location. It was clean and quiet. The technician explained everything thoroughly. The diagnosis was sleep apnea. The nurse at the Napanee location was thorough and concise in the trial, the explanation of how the CPAPmachine worked, the process for purchasing and then the care of my own CPAP machine. Every question answered. Friendly staff. Well done.
Alecia was very thorough when explaining how to use my CPAP/PPAP machine along with the required maintenance.
