Lee-Ann was an incredible help to me today as she walked me through using a CPAP machine for the very first time. She took her time, explained every detail clearly, and checked in often to make sure I truly understood what she was showing me. Very professional and courtesy
I would highly recommend this business. Lee-Anne was so friendly and helpful, she answered all my questions and educated me on how to use my new CPAP machine. She assured me that she will be by my side to get through the initial stages of figuring out what mask, etc works for me. She couldn't have been kinder, more knowledgeable or supportive. HIGHLY RECCOMEND
I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and received a prescription for a CPAP machine. I saw a lot of mixed reviews for many clinics and was pleasantly surprised when I saw this one with several 5-star reviews. I was a tough customer but Jazz was awesome and made sure I was well taken care of and comfortable with the new equipment. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient and responsive throughout the whole process.
Lee Ann was extremely welcoming. Her personality is outstanding, and her service was excellent. She took great care of me and explained everything clearly, step by step. She was patient, took the time to walk me through the entire process, and made the experience very comfortable. We even had a chance to chat and discovered that we share similar personalities, which made the visit even more pleasant. She is highly professional, and I truly appreciated her care and attention.
