New to the CPAP game, but was warmly welcomed by Lee-Anne who carefully explained and taught me how to use my device, as well as how to feel comfortable in it. The centre was clean, professional and had felt like I'd been a client/patient with them for years already. I look forward to working with InspiAIR for years to come!

I live near the store and dropped in to buy a couple things. Deanna helped me and she couldn't have been nicer. Update - April 2026 - removing some stars - I went in to purchase a new mask and the person who met me said I would need to make an appointment and bring my cpap machine with me. There did not appear to be anyone else there, and I was very surprised she wouldn't assist me. I've used a cpap for over 15 years and have never been told that I had to bring the machine.
