My experience with Insperity has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to HR knowledge, guidance, and meaningful support for staff. HR should be a resource employees can trust. Unfortunately the 3rd party platform called iSolved that they use to manage their payroll is horrible! Do your research before using them, trust me on this! ISolved has horrible customer service, takes several days/weeks to accomplish a task, your have to reach out multiple times, you get different people each time, YOU DONT get an assigned a dedicated rep., then when they do complete a task its wrong so you have to go back trhough the same efforts to get it resolved, it's just aweful.
