Service was perfect from start to finish! I came in for a rear view window repair on my windshield...it had fallen off... they replaced my windshield under warranty. The guys were pleasant and very committed to great service and commitment.. great customer service... 1 hr...11 mins .. thank you!
Had a cracked windshield replaced on a rental car. Fast service and reasonably priced. It was way cheaper than Safelite even after the AAA discount. They made a stressful situation much easier on us, so would definitely recommend these guys.
Wonderful! They helped me set up with my insurance, & got me in on my schedule. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. To top it all off...they finished replacing my windshield early & sent me on my way very satisfied. If you need your auto glass fixed/replaced in/around Flagstaff, this is absolutely the place to go!
Courteous, fast, and quality work. Some details were missed with my recent windshield replacement, but everything was promptly addressed. Inspectors takes pride in the quality of their work being better than the competition, and they will always make things right should there ever be any issues(s). Great Folks! - Ryan over at the West Flagstaff location helped me understand my issues with my auto glass. I thought my tint was bad and had to be replaced. They could have easily hood winked me but instead said I needed window descaling. It had lots and lots of hard water spots that would not clean off with standard cleaners. This made the tint looked bubbled or damaged but it wasn't. They used a custom paste and buffers to descale the hard water deposits and the auto glass looked brand new after!
