Unprofessional and inconsistent. I guess I should’ve expected as much as the employees appear to be miserable and they don’t actually know anything about cars. They follow their checklist and it’s a roll of the dice as to whether or not you’ll pass. They’ve inspected my vehicle for several years. It’s always had the dealers tint on the front windows, never a problem. This time it failed due to the tint being “too dark.” Why didn’t it fail at the dealership? First time user. Great experience. In and out in less than 15 minutes for my 88 Supra which requires dynamometer testing because of vehicle age. Nice waiting room. Paid standard state rate.
Best experience. I had the best experience with my car inspection. Apparently I had a blown fuse, so they couldn't hook up a machine...and Bonnie was extremely helpful telling me what I needed to do before I came back. She seemed genuinely happy that I came back 30 minutes later, fuse fixed, and quickly did the inspection. I will absolutely go back. Super fast and friendly service.
Inspections Only (car) We use this business often. Like it because you get in and out quickly! Easy access to this business on the SE corner of Parker and Independence in Plano. Reasonable rates. I highly recommend this for car inspections.
