I have been coming to this business for 15 years. I have retired to Huffman, but still come here because they are fast, and friendly. They won't fail you to sell you something. Inspections are all they sell. Sometimes they have several customers and there is a wait, but inspections take 10 to 15 minutes so I don't have to wait long.
I will NEVER go here again! I have used them for the past several years and have been pleased with the customer service but now they have someone new and he is just flat out ride! I could hear him cussing when he was doing an inspection on someone else's car then when it came time for me to pay he made me feel like a criminal because I was paying by check. He told me "only 80 year olds pay by check" and that he would prefer cash or card. They have a huge sign when you walk in that says "make checks payable to". I wrote my TD... read more
This is my go to place for my car inspections. I have lived in Humble for 15 years and have used various other businesses however keep coming back to these guys. Fast and efficient. If you can try and skip the occasional lunch time rush. Also follow the signs and don't park in front of the garage doors. Staff have always been great to us.
I have been going to this inspection site for about 20 years (since it opened) now. I have 6 vehicles and I get them all inspected at this location. Sticker-Time is unique because inspections is all they do. There is no worry that they will reject you only because they are trying to sell their auto parts or service.
SKIP THIS PLACE! RUDE RUDE RUDE! I called last week to see if we could bring in our older car, but the dyno was broken. The very nice man who answered the phone told me to call back this week to see if it was fixed. I called back today, and when the phone was answered, a man began yelling at me and telling me not to "keep calling because I was keeping him from the other customers that he didn't want to lose" Well...guess what.
