Ramone and the JW crew are super friendly! I enjoyed that Ramone sent me a video of what’s wrong with the car with good explanation first. That way I can understand what the issue is, to then give permission to do the job. He told me I needed to get my intake camshaft replaced and frankly I had no idea what it did and where it was so the video was helpful! The service was completed in a timely manner which is great! Definitely will be going back as needed.
