Ive been here on the 1st day of the month, and the last days of the month, and they're always moving. They're efficient and they're moving at a respectful pace. They have always been polite and tell you what you need. The building is clean. Well kept and well lit.
Wasted my Saturday morning. Accused me of not having a catalytic converter even though the OBD scanner shows catalytic “pass” and 02 pass. Went to ford and they confirmed I have a catalytic converter. Ford took photos and documented the whole car. The manager who “races Porsches” knows nothing about cars. Stated he couldn’t see the catalytic converter.
The agents here are thorough, thoughtful, and wise. It's likely the busiest inspection station in New Jersey. They get their jobs done right, even when the last business day of a month is on a Saturday.
