Although the company did not end up doing work for me (the problem lay elsewhere), they were extremely helpful in discussing the problem with me. Very friendly and generous with their time.
Gerrard came out to my house to take a look and give me an honest estimate and to suggest how to improve the situation , then an appointment was arranged to remove the mold. Gerrard sent a detailed e mail with all steps involved. Gerrards team was efficient, worked very hard and left the work area spotless! Thank you, I can breathe now with a sign of relief!
Was horrified to find out we had mold and then having to deal with it being removed from our home...but after speaking with Gerrard and everyone from Inspection Channel that came to the house they truly put your mind at ease. They patiently explained the issue and how they would fix it. Which they did in such a quick, friendly and clean manner. Thanks for making this really easy. 🙂

I got in touch with Gerrard N. (Inspection Channel) and explained our problem with mold in the basement (old house) around the bathroom and kitchenette.
