David was fantastic! Very easy to work with and schedule. He did a thorough inspection on the small condo I’m buying and did a thorough job identifying not only items that needed repair (there were not many) but also potential safety issues. Lastly he identified maintenance issues that I should consider after purchase. I highly recommend his services.
