Schedule termite service 2 1/2 weeks in advance from one to three on Tuesday, February 18. Got a text from the technician that he was running late and he’d be at my house at 3:15 even though they had a two hour window come 315 no-show tried to contact the company and their receptionist work from home and I was unable to contact the manager
Terrible!!!!!! Do not waste your money on this scam of a company. They say they come and don’t.
This company came to place traps for rats, and is been more than a week, and they have not returned to pick those traps that I have been calling for because those animals are in decompose and smell so bad.
I am currently renting a 3 b/r home in Cobb County. I contacted the property manager about a raccoon that was accessing the attic at night. They sent an inspector from Inspect-All, who I assume gets commission from bringing on accounts. He dismissed the raccoon idea, questioning if it could be squirrels. I’m not an exterminator, but I know squirrels aren’t active at night nor do they access the roof via a downspout.
