I bought a house with a termite bond from This company. I can't get them to come out!! Called And made an apt for a month out. Less Than 24 hrs until apt, they changed the day and time! This afternoon, they wanted to change the time again! No one showed up at the scheduled time. Seems very unorganized and not customer driven. I can't imagine if you actually had a problem bc they only care about their comfort and scheduling. This company is lousy and wastes customers' time.
Outstanding service. communication is excellent. my service tech Montrea is the absolute best.
