We've used MSI Viking (formerly Inspec) for our calibration needs for many years. Now that they've transitioned to MSI Viking, we've found the already exceptional service has somehow improved. Their technician Kern Smith helped us troubleshoot a communication issue with our CMM today (an issue that Hexagon metrology dragged their feet on for three weeks and refused to send a tech out) in about 30 minutes over the phone. Inspec is a great company to work for! Amazing staff! Competitive wages and the management is really fair! True team work, I worked for the company for a little under a year had to leave short notice but I’d suggest anyone considering employment to take the offer great place.
Our company sent gauge blocks to be calibrated and they were sent back via FedEx ground. Never received the gauge blocks and Inspec has done nothing to try to resolve the lost shipment. Will never use this company again.
