To be honest, this gym is okay. Some of their equipment needs to be fixed, and they have horrible customer service; they never answer. Every time I go there, there's no staff available.
Had a gym membership there for years and all was great until I wanted to cancel. I submitted email requests 60 days ago with no response. I kept getting charged. I tried to call but the number listed and it is disconnected. I had to take time off work and submit my cancelation in person. That request was filled out over 30 days ago as I am familiar with the gym industry and understand giving a 30 day notice. My membership isn't canceled and I'm being charged. Easy to sign up but a nightmare to cancel.
