They were actually a bit hard this time. Not just crunchy, HARDDDDDD!

they take your order and then give your cookies to the DoorDash driver and make you wait. Don’t go here.
I was just a doordasher but the girl with the orange hair is super sweet and fantastic.
The whoever working tonight should’ve stayed home. Everybody in the background decided to chime in on the call when I asked about my order. The need a crash course in customer service and I ordered around 9:30 it was almost 11pm before I got my order. Cookies were not good and overly baked and hard. Do better.
