The product themselves were very good, but the service we had at the Cape Girardeau location was very lacking. It was as if we were an inconvenience for her to be here. Need to work on customer service given we spent $70 there and my friends spent another $30. Even my children said wow she was rude! Can’t really type on here what they called her.

Great customer service
Our entire agency stopped in for dessert after a team building activity and it was great. There was a wide selection of cookies and they were served warm. I got the M&M cookie with ice cream on top and it was great.
