I’m not a Flagstaff local, but I travel here often from up north, and one of my must-stop spots has become Insomnia Cookies. For the past few months, we’ve made it a tradition, and the cookies never disappoint. They’re always warm, perfectly sweet, and have just the right crisp around the edges.
