Horrible . Cookie was very small. 2 scoops was equal to a few spoonfuls of melted ice cream . First time ordering and they forgot one out of the 2 items ordered! And they still haven't reached out to me offering a refund.

Don't waste your time! I'd love to tell you that the cookies are great but I don't know if they are because I never got them. I ordered from Uber Eats and was having them delivered to my hotel. Uber Eats said it would be an Insomnia Cookies driver and when my cookies never arrived, I called Insomnia Cookies and the "lady" said it would be an Uber Eats driver. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. Said she couldn't help me because she was too busy. Apparently you have to be in her lobby for her to give a damn about your exper... read more
