I ordered 30$ worth of cookies, one of their online deals. I waited for over an hour to receive nothing even though my online order said it has been picked up? So I called the store direct, they say they have nothing ordered for my name or for Uber eats, which is so not true. I want my money back, that's the least Insomnia Cookies could do even though I believe I should get the product I originally ordered plus some compensation for my lost time and energy??
