Picked up some cookies as a wedding substitute for a cake! Best dang cookies ever! Everyone enjoyed them! Thank you!
The cookies were good but the person behind the counter was not very welcoming. I have a couple of thoughts on the possible reason but I don't want to bias anyone else's opinion. Maybe they were having a bad day. I'll try this store again sometime in the future and amendment my review if needed. I am glad I found an Insomnia cookie in my neighborhood.
Out of all the Insomnia locations, this is by far my favorite. Aside from the cookies being delicious and fresh , the customer service is amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience , aside from the store workers , the store manager was a very sweet lady and very helpful when it came to choosing the best items on the menu. The stores atmosphere was great , and you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 recommend .
