Terrible customer service - I placed an order for two dozen cookies and only got 12 - Sent door dash's message and got no response at all . Call insomnia Cookies and they refused to help at all , Do not order from this company ! They don't care if they ever sell you cookies a second time . I spent 120.00 for 24 cookies / that's expensive and got taken advantage of for 60.00 !! Stay away !! Don't buy , if there is a mistake - no one to help !! Bad news !
Had placed an order and then when I go to pick it up, no one is there!!! Apparently the manager had quit and left the place unlocked where anyone could come in and steal something. I called corporate and they are refunding my money
