My family and I love insomnia cookies! We recently ordered from the Fairborn location near wright state and it was good, I had a little concern that I shared in a survey and to my surprise Nishi the manager reached out immediately and went well above and beyond my expectation to take care of my feedback. She was a great communicator with great follow up and I felt the service deserved 10 stars!!!!
