Terrible experience here. cookies were hard like they had been overcooked or left out for awhile. The lady, Jen, working was very off putting. Store seemed disorganized and she seemed to be in a rush yet we were the only ones in there. As someone who has worked in customer service that’s not who i’d want working at a store. Hopefully a manager can look into this. Been to another location before with no issues, not sure what’s going on at this one.
