Best cookies I've ever tasted
I have ordered 3 dozen cookies from this location twice, once last fall and again today, 2/28/2025. Both times only 1 dozen was delivered but I was charged for 3 dozen. Both times I had to call and request the rest of my cookies and both times I had to wait another 30 minutes. Neither time was I told any type of refund would be issued. Just a "oh sorry we will get those back out to you". I am ordering this as a treat on Friday for employees...I guess I need to find a new treat. I was really looking forward to my cookies, but as soon as I took a bite, I found a blonde hair baked into it. Pulling it out of my mouth was absolutely disgusting. This is completely unacceptable—workers should be required to wear hairnets to prevent this from happening. Food safety should be a top priority, and clearly, there are sanitation issues that need to be addressed. If you’re looking for a late-night treat, I’d think twice before ordering here unless they fix their hygiene standards.
