Way overpriced cookies and I don't think they are that good. Staff was very short with me. Like she didnt really want to be there let alone talking to me. It was my first and last visit to insomnia cookies. *edit - after a response from the company where they cant even bother to get my name right (calls me mark when my name is Mike). I stand by my review of poor customer service. The employees obviously get their vibe from the owner on how to treat customers.
2 scoops equals 1 scoop, they are really small scoops. Brownie it hard as a rock even when warmed. NOT a good place for desert.

Disgusted, disappointed, angry… just go to great American cookies . These were the hardest cookies in America and tasted like eggs.
First time there. The cookies were delicious but customer service needs work. Went around 2 pm. The open sign was not on, we almost left, but it was open. The clerk did not great us. Never smiled, felt like she really didn't want to be there. Not helpful. Didn't did tell us about the different specials of cookies. Had to ask her. Will give them one more chance but if treated the same that will be the last.
