I’m extremely disappointed with my visit to this location on August 5 at 12:10 AM. This company is known for serving warm, fresh cookies — that’s what sets them apart. Unfortunately, the cookies I received were not even close to warm — they were actually colder than the milk I purchased. It was clear they had been sitting out for hours, possibly made much earlier in the day. For a $21 order, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Man the double scoop ice cream on a cookie was the best. What a great place to go for late night munchies after hanging out at the beach.
Insomnia Cookies is a total lifesaver when those late-night cravings hit. I’ve ordered from them multiple times, and the cookies always arrive warm, soft, and fresh—like they just came out of the oven. The Chocolate Chunk is a classic, but the Deluxe S’mores and Triple Chocolate are next level. I also love their ice cream cookie sandwiches—dangerously good.
