Terrible experience at Insomnia Cookies. The staff couldn’t have cared less, rude and inattentive from the start. I expected a warm, fresh cookie, but instead got something barely above room temperature. For a place that markets itself on warm cookies, that’s just pathetic. The cookie itself was mediocre at best nothing you couldn’t grab out of a vending machine. Total waste of money. Don’t bother. Happened at 12:05 PM

Update: so apparently the door gets stuck and you have to yank it extremely hard cause it feels locked. My bad. Still great cookies, crappy door! Honestly love their cookies, but we've placed 2 app orders in the last week and when we came to pick them the doors are locked. We had to wait in the parking lot for them to open the doors. This was always around 1-2:30pm in the afternoon. Once on a Saturday and the next time on a Wednesday. They're inside cause we can see them but the open sign is off. Who does business like this.... read more
