I ordered a 9-pack of cookies and the order was wrong. You already know i busted up into that pack before he left. I showed the driver mines wasn't right. The driver went above and beyond to fix it. He brought me the correct order back. I wish I could have tipped him twice with the cost of gas but he was smiling the whole time and actually happy to help me. Shout out to him!
I don't know if I'll come back to this location. We walked in at 10:30pm (they don't close until 1am) and we were treated as if we had walked in at the last minute. Just not a great experience. Everyone has off-days and customer service can be very demanding and tiring. But the vibes were bleak.
