amazing customer service ill definitely be back
I usually have the best experience when I try out the different locations this time wasn’t likely the others, I walked in and the young lady came from the back didn’t acknowledge that she had a customer and didn’t speak even after I spoke to her once she gave me my order I said thank you and she didn’t say anything just turn around.
The best thing: the hours they keep. The place isn't really bad, nor is it dirty, but there's something about it that doesn't quite convince me. The cookies are okay, but nothing spectacular. The service is fast, but they didn't have all the cookies shown on the menu. This is undoubtedly unacceptable. Finally, the bathroom was already closed. I understand that I went after midnight, but if they have set hours, they shouldn't limit any service.
I’m a regular at this location and I’m ALWAYS satisfied when I go here. I told Matt about a small issue that wasn’t even a big deal and he went out of his way to take care of me & ensure that I was happy. Hands down the Insomnia in Riverside is the best. The staff is super friendly & the cookies here are the best! Thanks Matt & staff, yall are awesome!
