I tried to get cookies delivered and I never got my order. The store would not refund nor would Uber eats. I tried to call the store and they would not pick up. I just wanted to figure out where they dropped off my cookies at the least and where the mix up was. I absolutely love their cookies. Hate their customer service.
The guy at the counter had an insane attitude and I got the cookie wich ice cream and specifically asked for my ice cream to be in a cup and not on my cookies and the guy completely ignored me and did what he wanted anyways. Customer service could be a whole lot better.
