This location was my absolute favorite up until my visit today. The cashier was very dismissive and tried to hand my “to go” cookie and ice cream on a small plate with no covering and forgot to give me the other cookie i ordered until i mentioned it…Highly disappointed.
I am only here to review the delivery service because even though the cookies are delicious, today's delivery service was not. I've been waiting for over and hour and a half from around 7:30pm and was told I would have to wait till 9:10pm. Delivery service has got to be better along with communicating any delays. ...... final delivery time was 9:19pm. .. smh... please do better
To the reviewer Mr Lessons, Are you the guy that threatened a negative review if she didn't give you free cookies and she told you about the QR code on your receipt? When you walked out the first time, I told that employee you were throwing a tantrum because you had to wait your turn .... Behind my daughter and me.
