The manager at this location is very rude!!! Katie, Katlyn whatever her name is. I just ordered cookies and they were prepared incorrectly so I contacted store and tried to explain the issue with the cookies inside I get cut off mid sentence and put on hold! Yes I addressed that with I’m sorry you just put me on hold without even letting me finish what I was saying! If anybody knows that is rude to do that! Never in life would I order from here with this lady being manager! Heading into the store to get a photo
I asked for the cookies to be individually wrapped and separated because of peanut allergies at my job, and they were all placed on top of each other, not wrapped. The cookies came 2 hours after I ordered them. I called 1 hour after placing the order because it said “waiting for driver” for a very long time, and they told me the driver already left. The driver didn’t come til 1 hour after I called. The cookies came cold and hard. I ordered 12 cookies and only got 11. I will not be ordering from here again.
I'm an Uber eats driver and when I went in they only gave me one part of the order and told me it was the only thing. Luckily the customer was understanding as they've had this issue here before.
Yea this place was only it when it first opened up. Every single time I’ve ordered with my family, we’re always missing an item or two and have to be refunded (which I appreciate). However, my most recent delivery tonight was one of the worst ones yet. My whole bag and box smelled like pure cigarette and weed, I can even smell it on my cookie which made me not want to eat it at all. Service is terrible I walked in stood in a empty store or so I thought for 3-4 minutes apparently somebody was trying to get somebody fired and there’s a bunch of work drama going on at this location I literally hate to come here I wanted to get a couple of cookies but by the time someone finally realized I was in the store I was barely greeted by someone who appeared to be under the influence of something I apologize if that person has a disability but I was very dissatisfied I asked what were the special seasonal cookies a... read more
