The staff at this location is rude. They served a smaller than regular cookie and when asked to swap it for a regular sized cookiebclaimed it was fully baked and a cookie, hence satisfied the requirement. I love insomnia but won't be coming back to this location.
They dont fill the icecream pints completely.

The staff here is amazing. HANZ deserves a raise for her great customer service and for talking me into getting not only cookies but the ice cream. They insomnia tracks is to die for.
