Usually this place is awesome however tonight we placed a simple 6 cookie pack for delivery at 8:49pm and it was estimated to be there between 908 and 923. At 925 the store had not even packaged it from the tracker on the website. I then reached out to the store to be told they were slammed and had to make more cookies. No biggie, I expected maybe 20 minutes. By 1015 and no update, again-not even packaged it cancelled the order. Really sucks the website never gave an update and over an hour after ordering and ive never waite... read more
