Cookies are decent but twice now I have received an order that was missing items.

Not bad. Weird combo pricing options and cookies remind me of the frozen cookie dough from school fundraisers. Caramel cookie was good, brookie was mid.

I want to begin by saying that these cookies are absolutely delicious however the service was horrible. This was my first visit to Ashville and to Insomnia cookie and the person working today was unfriendly and unwelcoming even going as far as sighing while taking my order. My family encouraged me to leave however I am aware that everyone is entitled to having a bad day but that negativity should not be brought into work or effect your customer service.
