Went last night there was a man at the front register wearing welding glasses trying to be an employee, but was rude and intimidating not only customers he was serving but people were walking out in droves. I’ve lived here for 30 years now and never did business with someone so rude. It was our first time as a family. Staff encourages people to park in handicap if they are just ordering to go.
went there the other night with my family. cookies and ice cream were okay, very small portions. but the lady with the face tattoo that took our order was incredibly rude to us. she rolled her eyes and huffed when we needed time to order and while taking our order. ruined our experience and definitely will not be back. some advice for her, if you hate your job that much then just quit and find a new job. don’t make everyone else miserable just because you are.
Lady with the 777 tattoo on her face, rude and unwelcoming 1.5 year old child was wondering around the general area obviously for customers and lady had the audacity too make a smart comment saying too get him although he wasn’t hurting a thing. Scoops of ice cream were half scoops at the best and cookies very undercooked.
