Delicious cookies and ice cream
My boyfriend ordered cookies for me after a rough day and the delivery driver dropped them off at a different door. I could not find it anywhere, I called the store and the ladies on the phone were wonderful, polite, professional. I explained my situation and they said they saw that it was delivered but no other information. This woman offered to make my order again and have uber redeliver it. I am never disappointed with this place. I live all the way out in Red Rock and get it delivered often. The website is awesome and give free delivery every so often, plus you will accrue points. Even with living all the way out here, I always get my cookies warm. Ive never had a bad experience and continously am more satisfied going here than I ever am with Crumbl or Crave. I’m really disappointed, I’ve always ordered cookies from here on the app but never went in to the store. Tonight was the first time and my last. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at a couple of customers ahead of us who just asked if they had a cookie available. She needs an EXTREME attitude check. It really is a shame because in the past they have had good cookies, unfortunately the customer service doesn’t match.
