I’m really disappointed, I’ve always ordered cookies from here on the app but never went in to the store. Tonight was the first time and my last. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at a couple of customers ahead of us who just asked if they had a cookie available. She needs an EXTREME attitude check. It really is a shame because in the past they have had good cookies, unfortunately the customer service doesn’t match.
My cookies were delivered nice and warm! Ice cream was so delicious.
Very nice staff! Cookies are soft and warm. I got the s’mores cookie and it’s AMAZING!!!
