So this has been quite the experience. All of my previous deliveries of Insomnia have been perfect. I ordered a cookie cake yesterday (from the Insomnia website) to be delivered by 12pm today. An hour after I placed my order, a shift supervisor called me asking if I received my cake. I told them no, my order was for the following day. Excellent excellent really customer service, Lauren went out her way to really explain the flavors and all man. The over the counter Jerry was his name he gave me all I needed and let me try some flavors as well. definitely come here for yall sweet cravings
2/16/26 whoever baked the cookies this night either forgot they were baking or didn't care. First time I've had hard cookies from this establishment. I wasn't the one who picked up the cookies otherwise I would have returned them.
They had the cookie sheet paper in the cookie and still served it, my sis in law bit into it and we got raw cookies as well waiting about 20 mins, asked for 4 deluxe and got 3 and one wrong flavor, the manager or shift lead was awesome but there was this white girl with glasses who should not be there
