2/16/26 whoever baked the cookies this night either forgot they were baking or didn't care. First time I've had hard cookies from this establishment. I wasn't the one who picked up the cookies otherwise I would have returned them.
They had the cookie sheet paper in the cookie and still served it, my sis in law bit into it and we got raw cookies as well waiting about 20 mins, asked for 4 deluxe and got 3 and one wrong flavor, the manager or shift lead was awesome but there was this white girl with glasses who should not be there

Honestly, this is hands down one of my favorite spots. Insomnia Cookies beats crumble every single time. There was a period when I even had a membership until I realized I needed to get my life together But seriously, their cookies are that good. The salted caramel is a top favorite, along with the white chocolate macadamia nut. And you can't beat a classic snickerdoodle, it's perfect every time.
