This place went down hill can't have anything cold to drink with cookies you by good thing only sale that fake milk no one wants they won't let you use the bathroom and if they tell to email they make it right they won't glad I stop going here
My mom was admitted at the hospital in the area after she was discharged after 7pm we decided to stop by to grab some cookies on the way home, as we walked in the gentleman did not acknowledge or welcome us in although he was not at the counter he was towards the back and very much made eye contact we waited for 7 mins to be helped two other people walked in by this time. Well we decided to leave did not get anything poor customer service which I was bummed. This location need some customer service training for sure.
2 stars because I’m a big fan of this location and the cookies, but I’m super disappointed with my latest in-store experience. The tall, male, brunette with shaggy hair who was working the front counter 4/20/26 has the worst attitude I’ve ever received from someone working in customer service.
