Cookies were hot and fresh
The young lady was rude with extremely bad customer service. I told her I was tax exempt and she refused to give me my exemption. She stated that you gotta do it online somehow and she don’t know how. And was not interested in trying to figure it out she said they changed it and she just can’t give it to me. And was not apologetic or even tried to find a solution what she may not understand is it is the law when you are tax exempt, and they can be fined for not providing a way to give that tax exemption. Love the cookies, the staff who took my order was rude and it wasn’t my first interaction with her either.
The cookies are alright the only thing that killed it about this place is the tall white chick with eyeliner that attended us , she had the worst customer service ever . We ask for a recommendation she said “ just choose something “ snatch our money out of are hands definitely killed our mood .
I just want to recognize Robert, the driver who delivered my order tonight. It was raining hard, dark, and my building isn’t easy to find, but he still showed up with kindness and patience. You could tell he was working through a leg injury, yet he never let it show in his attitude. That kind of dedication and heart deserves to be noticed. Thank you, Robert, for reminding me there are still people who care about doing their job well.
