I’ve visited insomnia once in 2019 and ever since I was hooked. After moving down here and discovering insomnia again my first visit and second were the best! I can say without a doubt the team and the management work hard and are deserve a lot for the experience they provide in COOKIES! Cmon now. Top tier !
Had an over the top experience at this local ice cream shop. The brownie combo was delicioso! But what really stood out was the friendliness of one of the employees there~Adrian. (Yo Adrian… lol) From the moment we arrived/exited we received such a warm welcome. People like Adrian are very rare in this type of industry and in today’s society. Kansas City is lucky to have you! It was so refreshing and made the end of a second date so memorable.
So my kid told me this makes "the best cookie ever" and insisted we go. I have to agree. The cookies were all fabulous. We had the seasonal chia latte, the mint chocolate, and the oatmeal raisin. They were still warm! The staff was so kind and fabulous too. The seating is metal bar stools with backs at a bar looking out of the front window. They do not have arm rests ob the chair.
SO BOMB!! Perfect for late night munchies! Adrian hooked me up! All the best recommendations, he was so helpful! Definitely a must-try in KC!! Thanks Man!! 🤙
