Myself, my brother, and my mother stopped into Insomnia Cookies in Iowa City on Saturday, October 18, at about 2:40 PM. When we walked in, no employees were visible, so we stepped up to the counter. After a moment, a gentleman came out from the back but did not greet or acknowledge us. After looking over the menu, we decided to order a four-pack of cookies. Insomnia had some of the best cookies i’ve ever had, they were super soft, warm, and everything I expect from a cookie. The building was very clean and the staff were super friendly and gave me recommendations their new seasonal items! A wonderful experience and I will be returning again!!

Cookies and ice cream were delicious, service terrible. We came in to order cookies and ice cream for our family of 6. My husband and young son needed to use the restroom and the attendant (long brown curly hair and glasses) informed them we had to pay to use the restrooms. We said we were about to order several cookies and ice cream and he said no, transaction had to be complete first.
