For cookies that were supposed to be warm, they were not. And almost $17 for 6 basic smaller that subway cold cookies, it's a rip off
Absolutely despicable business practices. Didn't receive a phone call regarding the Iowa City store being sold out of the vegan ice cream, not ordering more as this location has been out for two weeks minimum. The app allows you to order it so it's not taken off the menu. Do better this is unacceptable behavior of staff and business practices. Since when do business not require their staff to notify customers about a product being unavailable or removal of said item from their menu. Get better management of your practices.
