The manager is always incredibly sweet and helpful. She always helps resolve any issue we may have with our order. AMAZING customer service and great cookies :)
The customer service there was actually amazing, they treated my friends and I really well, even helped me get my free rewards. The cookies were amazing shoutout to Moana and won for their great service!
Mona was so wonderful it was my first time here and she gave great recommendations of cookies and icecream walked out with more then i thought i would but im beyond satisfied! Will return
Terrible customer service and walk in orders are not encouraged! I walked in today just when they opened to get 24 chocolate chip cookies and the sales person tells me that’s too many that I had to pre-order. I asked if I could get 12 cookies and she responded again that I had to pre-ordered because that was a busy store and she couldn’t sell all her cookies…
