Love Insomnia Cookies! Been to a few locations around the country and always seem to have a consistent experience which I love. This location is no exception to that. I went in on a Saturday evening after dinner with a couple friends. The place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, not too loud and not too crowded either. I ordered a slice of chocolate cake and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. The cake was moist and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. My friend got a fruit tart and said the crust tasted fresh. My husband and I stop by there every time we are in that part of town at night. Not only do they have amazing cookies and brownies (I recommend the brookie), but they also have what is called "Superman Ice cream". I was so thrilled when I found this out because I have never seen that ice cream outside of Michigan, and as a Michigan native, it was a wonder and a nostalgic reminder of home.
Really impressed with staff. They handled a busy store by themselves, very calm and efficiently. Very num num cookies
