Ordered a 12 pack of cookies gave me 6 went back in gave me attitude when I said I was missing 6. Then got home and noticed the $14 pint of ice cream i ordered was just the small cup... food is average and overpriced if they even manage to give you what you order.
Always a great cookie for any time
This is the absolute WORST establishment. It’s a shame, because the cookies are really good. I’ve been a customer for years, but in the recent year or so the customer service and delivery has gone extremely downhill. I ordered from a mobile company and my delivery was sent to TWO DIFFERENT addresses. I tried calling three times after the first time my delivery was misdelivered, and no one picked up. Wish I would have read some of the reviews before ordering delivery. I did receive a delivery, but it was not my order. This was for a gift I needed today. Tried to call the store for an hour and no one ever answers the phone....so I do not have what I ordered, which I paid more for as well. Clearly no one at the store cares to answer the phone during regular hours. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this location.
