Cookies were good. Horrible service tho. Girl at the counter was mean mugging me the entire time I ordered and had the worst attitude. Would come again. Hope she’s not working tho

Location was 6 stars and then some from 2019-2023ish. Hit or miss in past few years but wife still loves it. She ordered tonight and the snicker"dough"dle cookies were almost completely raw and maybe half cooked. Hope they are able to turn it around because the company has a solid product.
A employee who was off the clock came in and told the working employees to close early so they could go and hang out. Waited a while for our order and the girl working the counter forgot what we ordered because she was on the phone and trying to close the store. Another employee left early and locked the doors
