Went to get ice cream at 5pm on a saturday and no one was there and the door was locked... trash
Its saturday at 4:30 pm and doors are locked and no one in sight. Thats sick
Went on 7/18 at 4:35 after placing a online order. When we showed up we found the doors locked and closed. Google and Insomnia’s website shows it open. Very frustrating
Cookies ok but first order was stolen took 2 hrs plus to get cookies
Great cookies and ice cream. Establishment was clean and the service was great.
