Honestly, they aren't bad, or anything. The service was fine. The area a little ghetto. the parking, iffy depending on how busy, cuz it's street parking and there is construction. It's great they are open until 1:00 a.m, but there's nothing great or special about them, for the price they charge! And the servings are very small! I mean, I got 3 little cookies and 3 scoops of ice cream and it was almost $30! Went at noon and they weren’t even open!
The last 3-4 times I’ve ordered, there’s always half of the order missing and every time I reach out they say a manager is not on shift. So it’s literally wasted money because I never got refunded. I got in contact with a manager one time but was ghosted after. Such a shame because they are the closest and cookies are pretty good.
