TL;DR: Horrible customer service from Lilith- 0 stars if I could. Great customer service from Halee. First time visit to Insomnia Cookies, was in for a sweet treat for lunch. Upon entering I gazed at the ice cream for a bit while waiting for my turn to order. When it was my turn, I greeted Lilith, no greeting was returned. really cringe and felt a bad vibe from the employee. also the employee working told us they don’t eat here and couldn’t help us order anything. the opposite of inviting and helpful. we felt we should just go somewhere else…
Yummy cookes! and they have many deals going on throughout the year, love coming here after a long study night.
The cookies are THAT good.
I have been to one of these in Tennessee and it was AMAZING but both times we have come here the worker was j readable rude and refused to serve us.we are very disappointed.
