Driver got “lost”. Hopefully they get replaced, if they are ever found. Place is a mess. Lucky for them you can’t leave zero stars.
Delicious late night cookies. Brilliantly quick service
Ordered from them twice. Both times the delivery never made it to my house. This time, I am home recovering from surgery. I ordered cookies and waited the hour it said it would deliver. When they claimed to have delivered it was 25 minutes longer than the initial hour and there was no delivery. Not sure how they can mess up so bad. I can’t even rate the taste because they never show up.
The location is terrible. Parking here is awful. I placed an order online. When I got there I requested to have two cookie flavors switched out if possible. The girl working said that the strawberry cookies were still baking and it would be a 7 min wait. 15 mins later they still were not done. I told her the original order is fine. Never order from here on uber eats or DoorDash. They don’t use the app directly so you won’t be able to view the drivers location nor can you chat or talk to them. It’s weird and they’ll randomly mark your order as delivered even though it’s obviously not delivered. It’s a whole lotta scam and only incompetent people works here
