I've had these cookies before and they taste great. The delivery leaves a lot to be desired-I've been waiting over an hour for 6 cookies to be delivered, when I called them 30 minutes in they informed me that they had one delivery driver with 2 orders ahead of mine (despite the order tracking never updating to indicate that). At best it's a glitch with insomnias app, at worst it's an indication of poor staffing and unattainable metrics they are held to.
Love the service, offering a free cookie for a survey, can be cashed in right away or saved! Delicious options, big cookies! Very delectable!
