This location sells burnt and overcooked cookies. Ive been to insomnia all over the country never had a burnt cookie from there. Ridiculous!

I placed an order at 5:45 PM and it didn’t arrive until 7:35 PM — nearly 2 hours later. After waiting an hour, I called to ask what was going on and was told, “There is construction nearby,” which honestly sounded like a bogus excuse. I explained that my last order with Insomnia Cookies took hours and was eventually canceled, and now I was dealing with another terrible experience. Unfortunately this store sucks at customer service and wait time is unpredictably long for dashers and ubereat deliveries! It rarely happened to me that i entered the store and saw an associate on the counter. A lot of time online delivery orders are not started until we arrive at the store. They need to respect our time and change this behavior !
