Store taking long no one up front to help customers this is with a order placed online
Placed an order on 10/3 for delivery of 213 cookies on 10/24 at 1pm. Well 1pm came around and according to the tracker the cookies were still being made. I called at 1:05 and the employee stated he was still packing up the order and a driver should be there soon. I called back at 1:52 and the employee stated the driver had just arrived and would be on their way soon. My order did not arrive until 2:35. An hour and a half late. Worst insomnia location, I ordered a 6 cookie, they gave me 5, the girl behind the counter, was sneezing all over the cookies, I went at 1 PM and the front door was closed. They had to come and open the door for me. also, the Apple filled cookies were deformed. And they served the cookies with all the filled apple spilling out on all the sides. It was barely edible. I go to insomnia all this time. This is my first time at this location and I will never be back to this location.

California family approved! Road-tripping cross country and stopped at this cute, well-lit spot around 11:00 PM. We grabbed a sugar cookie, macadamia nut, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter — all were top-notch! My kids and husband loved every bite. The young, hip girl with the piercing was super cool and friendly too. We’d definitely come here again. Thanks, Insomnia Cookies!
