Unfortunately, my recent visit to Insomnia Cookies left a lot to be desired. I was really looking forward to enjoying a box of fresh, warm cookies, but the experience didn’t meet expectations at all. To start, the service was underwhelming. The front counter was completely void of staff when I entered. I waited about 3 minutes before two employees came out of the back.
