We went in to get cookies and ending up meeting the most friendly employee ever, Joe was extremely helpful and had impeccable customer service skills. We will be back just because of him and his friendly attitude. Made the experience 10/10, Thanks Joe !!
We showed up about 11:30pm this past Saturday to such fun staff and amazing cookies. Kash was really funny and made sure we had a great visit! Will definitely be back!
The cookies at insomnia are usually delicious and service is above average. This time I waited approximately 5 minutes and my daughter had to call out and ask if anyone was there. When the cashier finally came to the front she didn't seem to want to be there. The customer service this time was well below average.
Very disappointed with the non service I received on Sunday, Dec.21 at the Broadway at the Beach location. After standing in the store, with my friend, waiting for someone to come out of the back. She and I did everything we could to try to get the attention of whom ever was in the kitchen. Two other customers came in after me. The sales girl finally poked her head out and said “I will be with you as soon as I finish baking these cookies” . So we waited. One of the customers gave up and left.
