My wife is gluten free, we were in town for an event. We randomly saw this place. They had gluten free chocolate chip cookies. As far as gf cookies are concerned as I am not gf but have had and have tried to make many gf chocolate chip cookies this cookie was excellent. We had them warm which definitely enhances the experience. I am not sure how soft they stay when cool but it was a good experience. The gentleman working there today on Aug 11 at 13:00 was friendly and helpful
What I Ordered: Chocolate chip cookie and s’mores premium cookie My Experience: While leaving a nearby restaurant, I happened to notice Insomnia Cookies tucked away in a small alcove, partially hidden by tree branches. The sign is a little hard to spot, but I’m glad I wandered over. The moment I walked in, the smell was incredible.
