Went in yesterday night with my sister excited to try this place for the first time. As soon as I went in there was this young man didn’t even greet or said anything, he seemed busy writing on this paper so in my head I was trying to be nice and wait for him to finish, then order. Cookies are tasty and one of the only places open late
The young man with gauges in his ear fat-shamed me and my friend for ordering a 4 pc cookie box. I got a 4pc because I’m bringing my boyfriend some and my friend wants some for the week at her house and then my other friend was the last to order. Me and my friend that got the 4 piece were off to the side with our cookies and he says to my other friend, “you’re not ordering another 4 count deluxe are you?” And she said no just two snickerdoodle cookies and he said “good, like you’re only one person” are you freaking serious? ... read more
The cookies and ice cream are great I would give this place 5 stars if the employees weren’t so rude. Every time I have gone in to get something they all seem like they hate their jobs and don’t want you there. I almost feel bad going in because they make it seem like such an inconvenience to them. If you want something from here i recommend just ordering it online.
Cookies were good. Employee just seemed over it understandable, but the order was wrong.
