Esequiel Was AWESOME
I had an amazing experience at Insomnia Cookies! I ordered the Chocolate Chunk with the Caramelionaire ice cream, which was recommended by the cashier. She was incredibly patient with me and even offered a sample of the flavor, now it’s officially my favorite! The service was excellent and the dessert was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Great Cookies & Service
I love this place but purposely don’t come here often because of the employees. On one occasion, I came all the way here and waited for about 20 minutes. I called the store phone until it rang to a call center, who couldn’t get ahold of the store either. Eventually the guy came out from the back and it’s clear he had been sleeping. Most recent times, the employees have been extremely rude and just want you out. I feel bad even coming in the first place.
This is my favorite Insomnia Cookies location. They always have great customer service and the cookies are always perfect!!!
