Ive never experienced customer service as poorly as this place. Walked in and said hi TWICE! She just starred at us. I thought maybe she lost her voice. But when asked what cookies we had in our box she spoke just fine.
I am not trying to be one of those people but we came in at 2:30am or so maybe a bit before and was excited to try the cookies for the first time me and my friend asked the employee how he was.. no response fine then we talked about getting ice cream sandwiches out loud and he waited till we decided on what ice cream we wanted to tell us the ice cream was closed and we can’t have any at all. So, 7/19/26 was National IceCream Day..... so I took advantage of the two free scoops w/ $5 purchase. The cookies and ice cream were GREAT!! *The comment that I have would be to train the associates on how to move the flow with a sense of urgency. * The place is small and it went from 4 to 15 customers in a matter of minutes! IYKYK.... that can feel like an eternity!!
Disappointed, I ordered back in April didn't have a problem. Came on time. Idk what happened today. I ordered delivery and received nothing after waiting over an hour. But doordash said order completed. Got credits, ordered again and it showed up 10 minutes later. Probably the order I Should have gotten at 5:40 at least. It's 653. But this time I got confirmation that it's here. Wth? And it was for my husband's birthday. Maybe check on them if it's gonna come on time when you order.
The order stayed as “preparing” for more than 40 minutes and was not delivered in the time quoted. I cancelled the order after the delivery time had passed and then our cookies were delivered over 2 hours later at 10:45pm. I no longer wanted the cookies, had cancelled the order, submitted an additional request for a refund/cancellation and was still charged.
